Yes, we sell brand new golf clubs and equipment from reputable manufacturers' in the industry. You can shop with confidence knowing that our products are covered by manufactures’ warranty. 2. How do I find the items I am looking for?
You can use the Product Categories menu on the left side of the pages to browse products by specific categories. Some of our products are linked to corresponding products to help you navigate through the website. 3. What is Map Pricing?
In the golf industry, most manufacturers enforce MAP Pricing or minimum advertised price. Meaning that authorized dealers are restricted to a specific price to advertise the manufacturer’s products. Occasionally, you may see pricing below the manufacturers map pricing. Possibly because some retailers sell what is called gray market products. Meaning that the products could have been obtained indirectly from the manufacturers authorized point of purchase. In such cases, the warranty may not be valid or possibly the product does not meet standards. MSRP Pricing; is the suggested retail price from the
manufacturers. Products may or may not have sold at that price. Please note: all sales are subject to availability of product from the manufacturer's and/or vendors.

1. What is the status of my order?
After we receive payment confirmation, we will further process your order for shipping. Once your order has shipped will we send you an email message. Upon receiving your tracking number from FedEx , DHL or UPS we will email you the tracking information. GolfT2green.com will select courier.
 
2. What are my ordering options?

3. Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped and we receive your tracking number from FedEx , DHL or UPS an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. Occasionally orders may ship directly from our manufactures', in that case please allow a little more time to receive your tracking number.  Once Golft2green.com has received your tracking number from our manufacturer, we will forward the tracking number to you.
 
4. Why is my order delayed?
It’s been our experienced that shipping delays occur for specific reasons and the type of order.
Shipping delays may occur during holidays, in the spring, the beginning of golf season, payment processing, club manufacturing,custom orders, upgrades, special orders and high demand products. GolfT2green.com will do our best to keep the lines of communication open with you and accommodate you if that situation should occur.
 
5. Why is my order/item on backorder?
Some golf clubs and golf equipment are very popular and are in high demand. Backorders may occur during holidays, in the spring and the beginning of golf season. Our manufacturers do their best to keep our inventory updated. If your items/order is on backorder, we will email you with the approximate date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and are subject to change. GolfT2green.com will do our best to keep the lines of communication open with you and accommodate you if that situation should occur.

Free Ground Shipping  within the contiguous U.S. on Orders  Over $100.
 
Upgrade to FedEx  (3) business days  add $7.50 per box (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International) delivery within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
 
Upgrade to FedEx 2nd day business add $12.50 per box (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International) delivery within 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

GolfT2green.com ships FedEx , DHL,or UPS (Golft2green.com will select courier).  Once your order is process we will inform you how your package is being delivered via FedEx , DHL or UPS.

Customers within the contiguous U.S. have 10 days from day of delivery to inspect the products and contact GolfT2Green.com. Refund will be issued in the same form payment was received. Your credit card or refund will be credited for the price of NEW and UNUSED returned merchandise and any taxes. Minus shipping and handling cost, credit card fees and a 15% restocking fee per item. Golf equipment and golf clubs purchased from GolfT2Green.com are covered by the manufacturer's original 1-2 year warranty through normal use.
Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product manufacturer.
