With this in mind, we've engineered the new face-Off Putter with Distance Corrective Technology (DCT). The patented face insert provides consistent distance regardless of typical mis-hits. A combination of high-rebound and energy-absorbing polymers transmit equal force across the face to ensure a solid, consistent putt every time. A typical off-center mis-hit pf 3/4" would shave 5' off of a 30'putt. But with a Face-Off DCT Putter, the only thing that will get shaved is your handicap. FACE-OFF Design - Polymer insert for fast greens, milled metal insert for slow greens. A green can be a fickle beast. To compensate for its temperamental nature, we've developed an innovative new Face-Off design that enables you to exchange the putter's face according to the green's wavering conditions. The Face-Off DCT putter comes with two attachable inserts. The polymer insert offers 3 degrees of loft and a softer feel, providing less feedback for the faster greens, while the milled metal insert provides a greater degree of sound and feedback for greens that are slower. So now you can consider your days of three-putting a thing of your sordid past. Strategically Placed Weighting - Deep CG, High MOI, virtually No Twisting, Straightest Putts Imaginable. The oversized head and 303 stainless steel is positioned to offer the greatest stability and balance. DCT Response offers a 303 stainless steel back weight which moves the center of gravity lower and deeper. This position increases the Moment of Inertia (MOI) and diminishes twisting caused by off-center impact. If you want to adjust your shaft length without changing swing weight, or just need a change of feel every once in a while, you can use the adjustable weight system to dial in the pace and keep your stroke confident. Choosing among heavier Tungsten weights or lighter Aluminum weights to complement the putter's own weights will offer the greatest stability or Moment Of Inertia (MOI) and balance. Increased MOI diminishes twisting caused by off-center impact. 100% CNC Milled Metal - For the whole to be greater than the sum of its parts, the parts must be first-rate. Accordingly, this putter's body, its detachable face, its back weights and weight screws are all engineered to the finest precision. Designer bobby Grace oversees weeks of Computer Aided Design to remove metal from exactly the right locations, resulting in a damn near imperceptible tolerance of +/-.001. weight and loft are also milled to near infinitesimal tolerances of +/-2 grams and +/-.15 degrees.
