The Acer XP905 Hollow Core Wide Sole Iron is our most radical design to date, featuring a hollow core stainless steel body which removes the weight from the center of the clubhead. The oversized iron design pushes the envelope for the most extreme perimeter weighting, proving you the utmost in forgiveness. We also added a thin, lightweight Beta Titanium face for increased ball velocity upon impact to provide greater distance. Finally, a unique rubber backing is placed in the cavity to dampen vibration and improve both sound and feel. The XP 905 Hollow Core Wide Sole provides the forgiveness of a hybrid, but in the shape of an iron.
