Bringing together tradition with modern game improvement technology, each Dynacraft Prophet CNC iron starts out as a solid billet of soft 1020 carbon steel. Through a new concept in production techniques, the head goes through a series of several steps where the clubhead is stamped and pressed into a raw, overweight forged blade. Next a computer numerically controlled (CNC) program precisely mills the back of the blade into the exact cavity shape. The milling doesn't stop there as an additional step creates an undercut cavity to allow for a deeper weight distribution found only in cast designs until now! Afterwards, the heads are polished by hand, buffed and chrome plated to provide the treatment of a lifetime. Come see first hand how all game-improvement forged irons will be produced in the future.
