Customers have 10 days from day of delivery to inspect the products and contact GolfT2Green.com.  Products must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, meaning, unhit clubs, or if you have used the clubs at the range, practice, course or backyard etc, The product is no longer considered new and unused and you will not receive your refund, exchange or website credit at GolfT2Green.com for merchandise purchased and shipped within the contiguous U.S.
All merchandise to be returned must have an RA number, (Return Authorization number). New and unused products being returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item, credit card fees, plus the cost of shipping back to our location, insuring merchandise back to GolfT2Green.com is recommend. Do not return merchandise directly to the manufacturer, as your return will not be honored. All returns must be approved and inspected by GolfT2green.com

Customers within the contiguous U.S. have 10 days from day of delivery to inspect the products and contact GolfT2Green.com. Refund will be issued in the same form payment was received. Your credit card or refund will be credited for the price of NEW and UNUSED returned merchandise and any taxes. Minus shipping and handling cost, credit card fees and a 15% restocking fee per item.
